Our salon policies are here to ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for everyone. They help protect both our clients and our team, keep appointments running smoothly, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and make sure expectations are clear for all. By having these guidelines in place, we create a more enjoyable and respectful environment where great service can happen consistently.

We understand that sometimes delays happen, and we allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be at your stylist’s discretion whether we can still accommodate your full service. Depending on the schedule and availability, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients and maintain the quality of service. If continuous lateness's occur they may be subject to our same day rescheduling policy.
To respect the time of our stylists and other guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, rescheduling, or service changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. This fee will be charged to the card we have on file. If it is your first occurrence, we will need a card on file moving forward with future appointments.
A no-call, no-show is when a client misses their appointment without contacting us ahead of time. Because missed appointments take away valuable time that could have been offered to another guest, no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This fee will be charged to the card we have on file before any future appointments can be booked.
We truly understand that emergencies happen — if your situation is unexpected, please reach out as soon as you can so we can work with you. All policies are in place to help protect our stylists’ time and provide the best scheduling experience for everyone.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact and return to the salon within 7 days of your original appointment so we can make it right.
We don’t offer refunds on services, but we’re committed to working with you to ensure you’re happy with your look!
All Gift card and product sales are final.
Initial Color, Cut, or Highlight Consultations are scheduled for 15–30 minutes and are complimentary.
We want you to feel confident and excited about your service and this time allows us to discuss your hair goals, review your hair history, and plan your appointment before any services begin.
If an initial consultation extends beyond 30 minutes, it may be subject to a consultation fee based on the additional time required.
Extension Consultations are subject to a $45.00 fee if hair is not purchased on the same day as the consultation. If you choose to order hair during your consultation, the consultation charge will be waived as a courtesy.
