We will allow for a 10 Minute grace period. After 10 minutes it is the stylist’s discretion if they are able to still accommodate you. If they are not able to accommodate you then it will follow the same rules as the same day cancellation/ same day reschedule policy.
After your first occurrence (‘Freebee’) the fee will be 50% of the services listed.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment by phone or email. If you must reschedule ‘last minute’ or same day we will only be taking these appointment cancellations or changes by phone.
(If you need to cancel for a Wednesday appointment, please leave us a voicemail on Tuesday and one of our front desk staff will call you back once we open- this will not be counted as a same day cancellation.)
We are understanding that life gets hectic, people get sick, and things arise which makes 24 hours advanced notice not an option so we will allow for one ‘Freebee’ last minute cancellation.
After your first occurrence a credit card on file will be required to book any future appointments, nothing will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
Same day cancellations or rebooking’s after your first occurrence (‘Freebee’) fee will be 50% of the services listed.
No call, no show appointments will require a credit card on file for all future appointments.
Fee for No call / No Show appointments is 100% of the services listed.
Refusal to provide a credit card or having an expired credit card on file will result in a invoice being sent to your home for any fees occurred from missed, last minute cancellations and no-show appointments.

Product that are unused and unopened are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee.
Products that are opened and/or gently used are eligible for a 50% refund within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Must be more than half way full to qualify.
If you are unhappy with any service for any reason please reach out to us via phone or email within 7 days of your original service date schedule a visit and allow us to ensure your hair is exactly what you want. The repeat service is 100% complimentary. The only way you would be charged in this instance is if you upgrade your service. (For example you are getting a re-cut within 7 days and also want a blow-dry finish you would only be charged for the blowout at that visit.)
However, If there are specific at home instructions given that are not followed then you will not qualify for complimentary accommodations. (Example- Keratins, Peels, Lashes Etc.)
