    Do you accept reservations?

    Yes, we accept reservations. Please call us to schedule a time that best works for you. We also accept email and DM requests for appointments (but that is not always the most effective form of contact.) We are also currently working on adding online booking as an option and will post when that is available.

    Do you accept walk-ins?

    Yes, we are not a reservation only salon and do accept walk-ins. However, a walk-in appointment may have a wait time associated with it depending on the availability of the stylists. We always encourage calling ahead or pre-booking to avoid any waiting.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

    Do you have any discounts?

    Yes, we offer monthly specials which are always located on our social media pages (pinned to the top) as well as 3 discounts that are available year round.

    1. Active Duty Military– 10% off any service with ID.

    2. Senior Citizen– available Thursday only with any stylist. 10% off any service (only need to show I.D once and note will be placed in the system, and it will be automatically applied.)

    3. Student Discount– Available Wednesdays Only with any stylist. 10% off any service with High School or College ID.

    These 3 discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions

    Is parking available?

    Yes, we have a parking lot in our plaza directly out front of our salon and there is handicap accessible parking as well.

    Do you book events?

    Absolutely! Proms, galas, special occasions and weddings are something we love to do and would be honored to be a part of your big event. Please contact us directly for more information.

    Do you have beverages?

    We offer complimentary coffee, tea, water and hot cocoa which our front desk staff and stylists will make for you at your request. For bridal parties and special events, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages as well.

    Do you service children?

    Yes, we offer services to all ages! However, Under the age of 16 a parent would need to be present and sign for any skincare services and chemical hair services (Color, Keratin, etc). If you are joining us for a first time haircut, please be sure to let the desk know as we have a certificate and will save some of the hair for you to take home!

    What product lines do you use?

    For haircare we are a Redken based salon, we also offer L’oreal Professionelle, Joico, Shibui, Lasio & more. For Skincare we use Nufree wax & Bioelements Skincare Products.
